1. Booking Services

Our platform acts as a marketplace to schedule clinical appointments with independent, licensed doctors, and order diagnostic laboratory panels. We do not offer emergency medical response services.

2. Accuracy of Medical Reports

Diagnostic tests are processed by certified third-party pathology laboratories. While we verify lab accreditations (NABL, ISO), the laboratory is directly responsible for test precision and result timings.

3. Account Integrity

You are responsible for keeping your patient login details confidential. You must supply accurate patient names and phone numbers during scheduling to guarantee correct medical records matching.
